Website Optimisation & Caching

My site requires optimization. I am constantly getting errors and my site is slowing down. My constant error is: Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: User costumes_cc4 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/costumes/public_html/classes/db/[login to view URL] on line 37 User costumes_cc4 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections The other error i'm getting is a server error, where it is taking too long to open the page or the last query hasn't closed quick enough to process the next one. I need someone to fix this error. As such, you will need to optimize the script. Also please review the following article about CubeCart: [login to view URL] There is a section about SQL query caching, that you need to review, and also the first query presented above, that should not run ~260 seconds. I need someone to go through and optimize all my areas, pictures, modules etc And possibly speeden the process of closing down the last query so MYSQL doesn't hang.
