automatic web page generation

I need someone experienced in PHP /curl / mySQL / server administration to continue working on a project that another programmer has started. Here is the brief description of the part of the project that has already been done: A script runs daily as a cron job, mining website's own log files for keywords. These keywords are then inserted into a webpage template (using various rules and filters), and the newly generated page is linked to the website. Then some keywords (10-20) from the new page are chosen, submitted to Google, and search results scraped for relevant content /filtered etc. - these new pages are linked from the main keyword page. The second part of the project (not yet working properly) has the following extension ??" instead of working with files of a single site, a central database of keywords is maintained where log files from multiple sites are ‘deposited’ and then each site takes a portion of these keywords, to generate the webpages described in the first part of the project. My previous programmer has done it with a single site , reading database from the remote site..... The rest of this document is in attached zipped file ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux/Unix (PHP/mysql script)
