Circuit power supply

Hi, I have a circuit that was made to accept power and the data from a ps/2 interface (normal computer keyboard power supply) 5V. Now the powering device has changed, and the new device has a power voltage of 20V and a signaling voltage of +9V -9V. The microchip on the circuit has been reprogrammed to accept the serial data instead of the ps/2 data, all I need to do now is to find a converter the input voltage to fit the circuit.
