Deli/salad menu with admin

We need a menu for a deli/salad/smoothie restaurant. Their current site is at [[login to view URL]][1], but we are redesigning it (you are not responsible for any design work in this bid). Almost everything you can think of needs to be updatable through an admin area; the hours of operation of two different locations, menu items, daily specials, types of smoothies, desserts, prices. One thing I want to look into, is a way to have online ordering, where the person goes through the site, orders a sandwich, then it automatically asks you what bread you want (with a default bread chosen), and then an ingrediants list pops up (which will be the same for each sandwich/salad) with all the items that are on the sandwich already checked. Then a person can uncheck the ingredients they don't want on there, and maybe add an ingredient. There will be prices for everything that will have to be added and a sales tax. I then want the order emailed to a fax machine. I am not sure what our options are for that, I have looked that up in the past and it seemed possible. Let me know if you know anything about that. The user will have the option to pay online with a credit card, or pay when they come pick the order up or when the delivery person delivers the food. Also, this file [login to view URL] needs to be dynamic. So when the owner of the restaurant changes the list of ingredients, this file needs to be changed as well as the html files.
