CD and DVD trading system

Amazon web services integrated cd and dvd trading store. I am looking for a designer developer that can design and develop LAMP system that can do the following. Through amazon web API fetch information (price, images,description) of the 50 most poular titles in the CD and DVD catagories and display this information (like [login to view URL]) to its customers. When a member ( or prospect) orders a title he shall be presented a paypal payment page option and the system shall in the background order (In none are for sale by other members or in stock) the title from amazon (with parcel tracking). The customer should via his interface be able to track the arrival of the title to the site owners wharehouse and there choose if he wants it Archived (stored for future trans shippment), Backed up (if applicable transcoded to IPOD format), or offerd for sale to other members. Or sent to an adress. This service will be hosted in Canada and marketed towards Europeans as a purchase and archival service for European Ipod owners ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
