Fix Oscommerce Table Background Image

Need assistance correcting background image problem in Oscommerce. There is a file called [login to view URL] that is used for the table background. There is also a transparent gif image that appears on top of it. On some computers the [login to view URL] file does not appear. The file is in the directory. For example: <[login to view URL]~vintage/catalog/[login to view URL]> always seems to work on any computer, but <[login to view URL]~vintage/catalog/[login to view URL]> the background parchment image only works on certain computers. Please note that you may have to copy and paste the above links into your browser for them to work properly. I noticed that it appears correct in the project description but when you click on it, this appears in the browser: <[login to view URL]~vintage/catalog/[login to view URL]> The end should be ... prod&id=3541 .
