Football Board game

I need some one to make a software program that plays american football board game on internet. Must have chat, scoreboard time clock a dice roller. all entries are manual except die roll with [login to view URL] nice if it could print out stats at end of game on both ends. I WOULD LIKE A SAVE MODE TO. No graphics There are 9 offensive plays and 6 defensive plays. There are 7 special teams plays I need so player A pushes button for offensive play then player B different pc on internet pushes button for defense play once they both pick play then dice roller shows dice results to both players they both agree on result this is the chat i need. then play is put in by one of the player by pushing a few button to keep stats (example run,4)then clock would wind down auto. yard line and could be manual or [login to view URL] down marker should be auto but could be manual.
