High School Year Book.
Coders are invited to bid for designing and programing a high School Website for Alumini and Teachers .
The website will be used intially as as source of information for
alumni to reunite with studentss
The School is 75 years old and Alumni and Staff from 1930 to 2010 should be able to enter information into the a class directory. Each Year about 130 Students Graduate in two different classes - The students have four houses such as
Xavier, Savio, Vianney and Garcia - Hence a student data must be visible and must be able to entered as follows:
Year of Graduation
Class - Example X Grade or XII Grade Class A or B
Name of: Student
Address :(Optional) Street, City, Country
Email ( Optional)
There are two ways for an for the alumini to input data - one
is that the can log in and pay a fee and the other is to send the data to an email address posted on the site and this data will be entered in to the respective class for the year and division the student graduated
The site will also have historical and information on Alumni events and high light information on on going projects ,social and cultural events for Alumina throughout the world.
The coder will also be required to enhance the site for fees which will be negotiated after the first launch is successful.
At this this time a domain name has be registered.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
