Hosted Property Management

We own an existing application (written for us in PHP) that runs on a Windows machine running a local Apache server that can be shared by other local users via a LAN. The specific application is for Property Management Administration. We want to convert this to a remote hosted package that can be logged into from any location (our own remote hosted unix server). The existing package provides 90% of the functionality we require and there is a small 'wishlist' of amendments to make. We also want to create extra function so that individual clients can log into their specific account page and see the updated management information that relates to their property. Each has to have separate password access. We also want the existing code checked through, error corrected where necessary and optimised for speed. On completion we would like the script installed on our server and tested. There may also be some small cosmetic changes to the menus and some company specific personalisation.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Windows XP machines running Windows Explorer or preferably Firefox.
