Leaky ASP code rewritten.

I have inherited a site that runs on IIS6 using ASP vbscript. The site looks good but it keeps knocking the seerver over when it comes under any load. We are looking for somebody with the following skills: MS Access MySQL 4 ASP Knowledge of dreamweaver. What we require: A complete rewrite of the database to make it more efficient. At present MS Access is used to interface with the MySQL database we would still like to do this and will provide you with the database in MS access format. The database itself is only 64K zipped so its not large. A complete rewrite of the ASP VB script and the SQL statments to make the code more efficient. Now here is where it gets a bit tricky. I need the site to be maintanable in dreamweaver and it uses some extensions from interAKT so you can either continue to use these or rewrite your own include files. Site will be load tested for 5 days after completion of the project. Payment schedule - no negotiation on this 75% on delivery of site for load testing. 25% on completion of load testng. 25% bonus if task is completed within 5 days (not including load testing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
