Login integration to main website

I am in the process of re-writing/re-designin one of our websites to run under .Net2.0. The current version of the site can be found at: [login to view URL] and is just simple *.asp pages. I am not really a programmer and certain items I do not seem to be able to get to work. What this project will entail is getting the login portion of the site to integrate to the main page. We host a web application on the server which is written by a third party. This application runs as a separate application under IIS. (meaning that it is a distinct entity from our main web page) The name of the application is SSA. SSA is mainly .asp and .xml tied to SQL2000 and a tie in to crystal reports. It has its own login page that authenicates back to the SQL server and uses session ID's. I need to get the code for the main login page of SSA to work with our web page of tankstatus.com. I have it working on our existing [login to view URL] page [login to view URL] The only way I could get it to work was to use my page template and insert the SSA login code. This works but the [login to view URL] page must be in the SSA's physical application directory to work. I need to make it work under the new website: [login to view URL] The problem that I am running into is this. If I put the modified login page in the SSA application directory it does not work, I am guessing because the .NET server does not render the aspx code since it is no longer in the /website application. If I put the SSA login code into the /wesite application it does not either. I believe that this is an easy project. My hope is to find a good programmer that I can continue to work with as I move into the new website. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2003, SQL2000, IIS6, .Net2.0, Crystal Runtime and ASPdb pro are all on the server. must run in current versions of IE and Firefox.
