Programmers local to United States only please. Project description: User subscribes to site via Paypal, or ccbill or 2checkout (to be determined based on need). User is then permitted to submit via User admin, (8) one page documents with descriptions (paste into test field), over the course of the User's subscription term. User then chooses multiple recipients from a list to send the document to for review. Recipients (Editors) are forwarded document via email. Editors rate the document on standard report card. This information is attached to document info in user's account. Editors can then opt to reveal complete contact information to user for further correspondence. Site acts as middleman between User and Editors. Site requirements: Subscription ecommerce and or pay per item. Users may have multiple payment options, i.e. pay by document, pay for VIP access, pay per year, pay by month...to be decided. User authentication tied to subscription payment gateway. User profile, registration, email confirmation, login, email notification of account activity. User personal pages - tracking documents status, account/billing info, edit user profile. Editors profile, registration, email confirmation of registration, login, email forwarding of documents, email notification of account activity. Editor's personal pages - tracking document edit requests/ edit profile Admin - track all activity, ban/allow users, confirm/allow editors, email notification of new subscriptions as well as all site activity. php/MySQL please.
