Project will consist of a clone of psprint.com. If you're looking to use an OSS CMS system, I would prefer ezpub or xoops unless you can give me good reasons to use others. The system should preferably be done in PHP, if a ready made system in JSP or perl is available then that will be acceptable as well. I expect the system to be modular with easily editable templates. Overview: Project/Product objects Shopping cart Client/Customer objects Content objects/blocks Project/Product Template objects Sample template listing: (Template objects should have a view that will ouput something similar to this) [url removed, login to view] Product listing: (finished listing will be very similar if not identical) [url removed, login to view] Sample product page: [url removed, login to view] Product Objects will have the following (plus maybe more) properties: Type (Brochure, business card, etc) Sizes (List) Colours (4/0, 4/1, 4/4) Paper available (List) Fold available (List) Coatings available (List) Scoring available (Y/N) Hole Drilling available (Y/N) Perforation available (Y/N) Content object for details regarding product Order objects will include: Product object Paper, folding, scoring, drilling, perforation options chosen Turnaround (x business days) Proof Quantity Shopping carts will contain Order objects and belong to a customer object. Customer objects must store billing information. A product will have pricing based on 'upto x' quantities. A product with different Type, Size, and Colour is considered unique. Ie. Admin user must be able to create products such as: 8 1/2 x 11 Brochures 4/0 cost $2/ea upto 500, $1.50 each upto 1000, etc 8 1/2 x 11 Brochures 4/4 cost $[url removed, login to view] upto 500, $2/ea upto 2000, etc 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Brochures 4/0 cost $2/ea upto 1000, etc (And be able to assign these products to custom categories.) Options such as coating, folding, perforation will have set pricing for extra charges. If you would like to include graphics work/gui design into the project, please include at least 2 sites (urls or jpg captures) that you have designed in the past (NO TEMPLATES). Either way the project must be designed for easy template editting. If you are planning to modify an opensource project to meet our needs, please specify at least one modification to OS projects you've done in the past. Ideally include a link as well. Also include in the bid which OS solution you plan to use and why.
