Quick question on adding DTpicker

I'm letting a user pick a date and a time using 2 DTpickers (DTpickerDate, DTPickerTime). I then want to combine these values into a label that is formatted as follows: format(lbldatetime, "mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM") What is the code to do this?
