I need a standalone database to generate reports on given fields. In the initial screen you will have a list of all clients and a tick box to indicate whether they are a limited company, a partnership, sole trader, personal tax. Double clicking on the particular client will take you to the next screen, which depending on the type of client (Limited, partnership etc.) will be a screen with the companies or clients details. This view will have to have tabs at the top to show the individual directors and the company secretary, if you have chosen a limited company. If it was a partnership then just individual details depending on how many partners there are. Each company/client must have a notes tab making notes. For a Limited Company screen select A004 and Director 1,for a Partnership select A011 and Partner 1 and a Sole Trader select A029.
