I am having a set of the following data:
Phi | Theta | Radius | Energy (Color)

I am searching for a 3D program (Direct X in C# would be perfect) that is able to show the information as a surface. The data is createt by a ion-beam that is reflectet by a solid. The surface of the solid is plain and defined by the y-z-axis. The x-axis shows into the solid (like in the attachment). The surface should be shown in the progam. Also the layer of the incoming ion-beam and the vector n.
The center of the coordinate-system should be the point where the ionbeam hits the surface.
The data-points of the file should be plotted in the space above the surface and the color of the surface should depend on the Energy (0-3E6).
It should be possible to move through the space like in Counter Strike (Mouse and Keys) and to make the surface a transparent if needed.
