survey automation

i need someone to automate the survey forms i have on two websites to automatically place information into a graph or excel document for use in our data/readership documents. The two sites are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Both sites have different questions but will need to operate in a similar format: 1. Input of questions as per current form (needs to be easily updated by us if required to have questions change) 2. hide responses from public - responses only available to webmaster via login. 3. all answers to be outputted to document that can show averages/list of answers as required by question. Any other features that would make reading the end information or changing things along the way would be greatly appreciated :) Need job doen asap - can install a prohject with directions by coder given, if its just a matter of transferring files to the server, otherwise i can set up temporary ftp for coder too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform cross platform. the server runs on linux. php and mysql enabled.
