Urgent Project: Online project Management

It's an online management system, and need to done in PHP and MySQL. Please see the requirement attached. It's an urgent project and I will need to see a simple prototype two days later, before I choose a coder. I had got a coder worked the prototype for me, and he's good, but he used too much open source code. The first prototype is simple, just create 3 kind users(admin, client, developer), create/edite/delete project and tasks. The prototype I had is great, but it's too much open source code. my client knows netoffice, webcollab and other open source projects very well. and he demanded some "orignal code". The final version is something have features like [url removed, login to view] not a website for public, but a thing like netoffice. (netoffice have four levels, we need only 3 user levels.) If you are avaible for the project, Please give me a quote for the simple prototype, and then a quote for the whole project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
