I have a script that another programmer made which currently takes the attached TXT file and splits up all the individual representatives into different Excel files and also removes a certain percentage or amount from each total. The script uses PHP, PHPExcel, and KRSTAjax. I'll attach the full changes I need made to the program including screenshots incase they don't print correctly here. If you would like to test out the current program before bidding, please let me know and I will send the link with password. Below are the changes I need made:
I need the option to upload a logo and have that attached onto the outputted files.
Also would LIKE the option to export either as an Excel file OR a PDF file.
Also would like to be able to add a note to the bottom of all invoices, like a memo field.
Under IBO Fee Type, have the user enter both the percentage amounts AND the flat fee amount. Remove the drop down box to switch between the two.
When the Arise Invoice File is uploaded, it first lists off the names of all the representatives in the Invoices. This is before it splits all the invoices up by the person’s name. I have attached a rough mockup of what I mean.
After the names come up, the user will select the bubble for flat fee or percentage next to each name. If they choose the bubble above the words “Flat Fee, Percentage”, it’ll change the option for everyone to that option.
Now the Add button is going to probably be more difficult. This will allow me to add extra charges onto the invoices. I have a mockup below for you. When they click the add button, they are asked to add info about the charge. Either the charge will be positive or negative and there will be a comment added. I’ve added another image below as to where this info is added on the final invoices that the program spits out. I should be able to add multiple charges for the representatives.
I also need all the Flat Fee/Percentage options and the added charges saved in a cookie so next time I use the program, I can import the Arise Invoice File and all options will still be completed for each name. I want the cookie to just hold the info from the last time. So once I hit the Submit button as explained below, it’ll overwrite the previous cookie with this new one.
Once complete, there will be a Submit button at the bottom of the page to process the changes and gives us the files as before.
