I am using Jamit software ([url removed, login to view]) for my job board and would like to add a new feature for video interviews, here is how it should work:
1- An employer can post a job
2- A jobseeker applies to it and send his/her resume.
3- The employer likes the resume and wants to setup a date and time for a video interview. The employer will need to login to his/her account at my site, search for the jobseeker and setup a date and time for a video interview and send that to the jobseeker. The employer can also click on a link received in the email application, that way he/she can skip the step to search for the jobseeker once logged in.
4- On the date of the interview, the employer can just go to his/her profile on my site and click on a link to start the video session. A reminder for the interview sent before the due date would also be helpful.
5- The video session should start in a new window and should be, pleasant and easy to use, they can both exchange text and questions and see each other. I don't want a customized video chat software, because they don't offer high video quality and have more then what I need because I need only a 1-to-1 session not 1-to-many videos.
6- the employer cannot start or schedule a video interview unless he/she has credit in his/her account. Otherwise he/she can be asked to buy more credits. I should be able to set the number of credits required for the interview.
7- My site allows jobseekers to browse for jobs but to be able to be interviewed, they will have to join the website.
You'll have to have solid experience with video streaming as this is not a simple website design, so prior work will be looked upon.
