Clone of a Mobile Website content

My company is building a new web service for the provision of mobile content (ringtones, logos, etc). For this reason, we are looking for a frontend website, which is a similar copy of [login to view URL] Project should be done in php5/mysql. Some touch of Flash is welcome but not required. In your bid, you need to design and submit a template of the sole HOME PAGE (html+pics, no code required) with a embedded tentative logo draft. Bids without this draft won't be considered. We'll be evaluating each bid taking into consideration (1) draft, (2) budget and (3) speed in bidding. The appointed developer will have the possibility to develop the WHOLE website with the requested budget. The budget for the whole website is rather big, therefore we count in some very professional work.
