Media Player inside Flash

Hi, I need a FLA file that can play some wmv video files inside the flash, so a microsoft media player component inside the SWF file. Also there must be a list of files on a sql server 2000 table with a path to the upcoming videos, something like:

I must be able to change the video, cause it's a library, sending the command to the flash using a listbox, on a aspx page (vb.net code). So a list box and the swf on the same aspx page. When change the item on a list box, it changes the video, and the video starts.

The Vídeos are on demand like Media Player.

The media player inside the flash must have a pretty image border, like those silver flat tvs or something, and the video will play inside. The comands show are, play, stop, sound ( + and -) and full screen.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The example I gave of the flash file is in a php page, but it need to work on aspx (vb.net code) since is flash, I dont see a lot of proplem.
