Mirror Website -add extras

Would like coder with strong web building and design skills--experience with urban or music or college themes.

I am a registered ID-e Scanner dealer and have permission to mirror this website with any changes I want--will drive traffic to [[url removed, login to view]][1] (reg. Go Daddy):

Would like to significantly improve with contemporary/urban design. Will not keep all current pages on tricomcard site. Will be adding a page/button/ link describing new non-profit ([[url removed, login to view]][2]) The non-profit page will (design-wise) blend with HOME page but will also have a more urban look as in [[url removed, login to view]][3]

My site will also need shopping cart and email collection capabilities. Will be driving traffic (prospects) to sign up for virtual web demonstration of scanner and related software. Site must be functional enough to handle moderately heavy email traffic in and out. My potential clients come from many different markets: night clubs, college campus, liquor stores, convenience stores, casinos, stadiums, arenas.

Focus will be on simple but reliable marketing functionality and excellent design. Currently have logo and color scheme for [url removed, login to view], need logo design and color scheme to coordinate with [url removed, login to view]

Looking for good designer/coder combination.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
