Need changes to my Vantage Appthemes site

I need my new site ([login to view URL] eventually to be transferred to the main domain when completed) to look like my current site ([login to view URL]) as I upgraded and bought the the Vantage theme from Appthemes. The old one was Classipress which really doesnt fit for what I need. Here is what I need to be done to test.activetenants.com... Header - to look very similar to [login to view URL] Body Homepage - Would like the layout to LOOK somewhat similar to a combination of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . Flash would be nice so I could display multiple like they have. Change the payment to allow recurring memberships like on [login to view URL] In the header, change the near search from a test field to a drop-down which would be populated by the expansion region field. Not sure why the footer isnt appearing...but please fix. Fix all bugs when trying to add a listing. Perhaps create a new form that is more simple to use then having to go through multiple steps. Make sure the listing accurately displayed all the information from the add a tenant form. Restrict actual content to paid members only. ALL WORK IS TO BE DONE ON MY SERVER TO NOT WASTE TIME AND SINCE IT IS A VERY UNIQUE THEME.
