VoID Website

We are an VoIP Re-Seller. We are looking for a dynamic and creative web builder who can produce a website to promote our IP Telephone and Web enable services to both, Residentail and Business Customers alike.

As a designer, you must be mindful that a new visitor to the site, who may have arrived at the site via a search engin inquirey, or an email invitation - will only spend a few seconds looking at the site. In these 'few seconds' the website must convey a message to "this potential Residential or Business Customer" a message that will entise the Customer to stay a bit longer, and inquire, and discover the "valued features of VoIP and VoID (Voice over Internet Direct, aka: VoI Direct).

As part of you bid, you will provide links to websites that you have built, and most closely represent what VoID is looking for. AND / OR, you may provide links to other sites that you could replicate, and enhace to give the 'right Look & Feel'.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

**Sould you be successful bidder,** you will;

**Website Build Schedule**:

(a) Within 24hrs, upon the project been awarded to you, you will provide VoID witha build schedule, mapping out the VoID website, - or you will forfeit the project.

(b) As the site and its pages will require input from VoID, plus text contenet from VoID, you will make all pages available to VoID as and when required.

(c) You will co-ordinate and work with VoID on all pages, contents and look and feel.

**Progress Reporting**:

You will provide VoID with weekly progress reports with links / access to all files, pages, documentations, work-in-progress each Friday, - or you will forfeit the project.

**Payment**:

<$500: As this is a small project, payment will be based on 100% bug-free completion of the project to VoID satisfaction, and the uploading, fill intergration and deliverables of all access codes / keys on or before the dead-line, - or you will forfeit the project.

$500>: As this is a medium size project, payment will be by milestones.

1st Payment: 33% on a bug-free completion on, or before the dead-line date, - or you will forfeit the project.

2nd Payment: 33% on uplodall, full intergration, and deliverables of all access codes / keys on or before the dead-line, - or forfeit the project.

3rd and Final Payment: 34% when VoID is granted copies to all programs that make up the VoID website. The Coder and VoID are mulually satisfied with the finish project. The Coder issues a RAC Coder Guarantee to fix any bugs over the next 12 months.

## Platform

**Your Arrears of Expertise shall include;

**MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Contributes, Servers, Operating Systems, Creative Design, Application Intergration, etc...

Delivery Date: On or before 25th January 2005.
