Web Site with data base clone/design

I like to have page that present some options for the visitors and payments. Some music and pictures (flash) required. I provide the web address to the page simmilar I like to have. It can be done in PHP, ASP, Flash or whatever is the best for this kind of project. Must have data base with all information about custommers. Something like buying the flowers for someone else. I like to keep a track of both kind custommers. Of course this will be more complex project and will contain in the future a lot of graphic and different music. I need someone who know well English to understand the other web site and modify this project based on the other web.
