Hello Gentleman and Ladies,
I just started to launch my website business making virtual tours for listings in my portal website yellow pages. I have a sales force of only 3 fulltime people and we are recruiting 7 more to handle different catagories in the web page sales. We are working with a medical association and tourism association in the 6th largest city in the U.S. We are already getting request to do website design and marketing. We don't really do that but I would like to set up a page of sample templates in html and flash and develop a standard say 5 page, you provide the text and so many photos for uploading for a standard fee, and monthly hosting fee with webmaster service of so many minor changes a month. I can host the account on my server.
Something affordable, attractive, and effective for small restuarants, small medical practices and small businesses. I have a developer for larger accounts but he is already getting overloaded with the business we have been referring him. So I would also be open for hearing from those interested in custom bids. I would like to keep all payments through getafreelancer, on escrow basis.
Right now the bid is for constructing a page or two devoted to this on my website and populating the page with at least 20 html pages and 10 flash of pages that the contractor in the future can fullfill. Please include rates charged for populating the templates. Also rates for SEO service packages. Template for medical practices a plus since we are working with two large local medical associations.
