YouTube but with High Quality and high resolution !!

Hello, I want video hosting website like Youtube (all features but may not be looking same). But the catch is the quality of the videos should be really good. Even the resolution should be high, you should cut the crap in the page and show video as higher resolution like 640 * 480 or as high as the uploaded image. And another feature is user can download the video, this should be same as the uploaded video (NO CHANGES) with same quality and same resolution. i.e. same file. The reason because the uploaded videos have power point presentations and elearning videos so user can see it clearly. You should do everything to setup PHP files, database in my hosting space. I will give you user id and password. Once the website is up i will upload a sample video to see if the quality and resolution are good then only i pay you. Let me know what all software i need to install on my server so that i will arrange, Flash 9 server or quick time server etc ? do some SEO and put space to place my banner AD. Thanks.
