WORDPRESS EDIT: Add Results to My Website From Feeds

Hi there.

I have a lottery website done in Wordpress and I would like to have the results pulled from the different state's websites and displayed "per page".

Right now, there are 50 states.. Each one of them have their own lottery and/or collaborate with power ball.

So I'm looking for someone who can:

1. Pull and display the results per state. That way - I can create a link on the main page to that state's page.. and people can view the results.

2. If this can be done - I would love if we could create a database of the numbers so people can check their old tickets to see if they won.. Not sure how to program this so people can search (per state)..
