This project have been previously posted before, but recently i did find a script that could do the job. So im order to avoid confussion i will repost the project with update.
I need some ammendment to be made to a script which i have found.

when you click on post project (refer to the above link) it takes you to our writers directory which should look like: [url removed, login to view]
From the writer direcroty you can click on request article link beside the writers photograph,
You are prompted to loggin once you choose to request article from a writer.
The 'browse projects' and 'find projects' link should be removed from the home page, it should only be accessible once you are logged in as a writer.
'Latest projects' window should show the first 20 words of the recentmost project requested.
The 'featured projects' should change to subject or title of recent five article requested.
'Newest projects' window should display pix of writer who has recently completed a project. We should call it, Writer completes project.
The wide green window that includes the logo should be removed
Once you are logged in via the loggin screen you can see the status of the project you requested. as onging or completed. If it is completed it should be available for you in your account section to pick.
You can either sign up to request project or sign up to become a writer.
Writer can change their status to available or Not avaialble
when a writer sign up, you give brief introduction of yourself including qualification and area of interest. What you will charge per 300 word article.
Once signed up, your account become pending and awaiting approval.
