284616 Clone a 4 Page Sales website

Website Coder must know php/mysql & Javascript You are to clone an existing ( 4 PAGE ) website exactly BUT use different graphics but that look very similar to the existing graphics ( pretty easy ) Page 1 is a long page of sales copy.. then it has a form at the end asking the user to input First Name: Martial Status Annual income: Time at Current Residence: Employment Status: Year born: also in the bottom right hand corner of the screen a speaker pops up and starts talking about the product this is provided by [login to view URL] and it stays at the bottom right hand corner Jumps to page 2: on this page it returns the variables that you listed on the first page in some copy. Then some drop down menus and a radio button list to chosoe from then click NEXT ( while its jumping to page 3 it has some sort of checking message like its trying to check the servers to see if you are verfied, i think its a dummy script to make the person feel like they are approved of something ) PAGE 3: GREAT NEWS you have been approved! Then you have a form after copy thats asks for name, country, address etc.. email.. then Confirm your order goes to a message saying its confirming your order ( status busy ) I would need a SUPER EASY form checking script on this form to make it VERY easy for the uder to know what they missed PAGE 4 Speaker pops up again at the bottom right hand corner of the screen teling you great job for choosing this product! Goes to a secure ordering form for buying the product.. would need to link to a merchant account and you will need to know how to link up to the SSL secure certificate or let us know how to do it easily.. Then if credit card is invalid would need to error check it and return a page that says they need a vaild credit card etc.. AT ANY POINT when the user hits the back button a window will pop up asking the user if they would like to speak to a LIVE support staff which is run by "IntelliChat" THATS IT!!! pretty simple. Let me know what your quote is and show me projects you have worked on and this needs to be done ASAP!!!! I will send you the site to be cloned once i verify you are the right person for the JOB!!!! P.S. if you are a master coder but lack in graphic skills i can do the graphics for you no problem.. im more interested in someone who can programmaticially get this working 100% then the graphics..
