Full time developer for multiple projects

I a looking for a very strong all rounder, looking to maintain and build a variety of web-based products and services mostly built using php and sql. Some of these are existing, or have been built already. Some are bepoke systems, some are based on opensource - Joomla, Sugar CRM for example. I have my own business developing a variety of web-based services and want to work with a single main developer going forward, outsourcing the overspill as required. The main requirements are very strong coding, creativity in finding solutions, ability to pickup existing code bases, understanding business problems and finding good technological solutions. No bullsh^^ and no drama. Reliability is a must. I am UK based and often work US business hours. I do not care about your location, gender, colour or religion. I am interested in hiring only based on ability, value for money and a guarantee that you will be reliable. I would start by offering a single project, to see how we get on working together. I estimate this to be one months work. After that, I am willing to offer a six month contract for a fixed monthly fee, which if all goes well would be renewed. I am after a long-term technology partner. In return I expect a full time developer to work on the projects I assign. If you do other work, mine comes first. I do not want businesses to respond, unless you are only two people. I am not interested in hiring a company at this stage....I am after a flexible, committed individual who wants to working on a variety of interesting projects for a steady employer. Good written and spoken English is a must. I use Skype for communications.
