Need template problems in phpVibe template fixed + add ability to upload other formats on website.

I have errors in my newly installed template phpvibe. Someone who has experience can probably fix these in half an hour.

1 - When I browse

2 - When I try to log in or log out

3 - Uploading links to other videos seems to work fine - but uploading your own videos gives me

Internal Server Error 500

4 - I would like to be able to publish other formats too - such as .avi .mkv etc

5 - On certain links, my logo does not appear (just needs to be copied into the right directories from the mane page '[url removed, login to view]'

5 - General testing of the sites features and any error messages fixed.
