OSC customization

I installed a OSC here by Cpanel.

I need some customization.

First of all ...... I want to change its template(design). I have design ready.

Second, I want the products to be listed on the home page.

and when i add a product.........its image gets so much shrinked that no one can understand whats the product is(its a jewellery site so perfect image pic is an important thing.)

I`ll have lots of OSC wrok in future .......so give me best deal and become my permanent OSC guy.

I need it ASAP and at lowest possible price!!

MY budget is $15-20.
I do not need design. I have it ready.
I am shocked ppl want $100 for integrating the template only. Many of you have done this many time , so you better know where and what is to be changes........ISNT IT!!
