Simple Wordpress Theme

Looking for someone to do a simple wordpress theme that is similar to this site: www.inhabitat.com. I only need the theme files/CSS codes and you don't have to worry about the graphics component although selected coder should make it easy for me to customize later (maybe instructions on how to put bground image, logo/header/banner/widgets could be included since I am completely new to CSS/PHP etc) Budget is small since this is for a non-profit cause but selected freelancer will have the chance to work on more themes if exemplary work is shown. Please show sample wordpress themes; if selected, freelancer must be able to start work immediately.
