Website Design / Template Creation / E-Commerce

I need help creating a website for my business. I need someone who has knowledge of Web Design, SEO, HTML, and some basic knowledge of eBay and the site Auctiva (Which is how I post my listings currently). I need the following to be done. 1. Complete E-Commerice website complete with functioning listings and links. 2. (2) New, Original eBay selling templates. Compatible with Auctiva and easily editable for future listings and products. 3. I need someone that can help explain how to edit/manage the website and template upon completion. 4. The website work will need to be done through [login to view URL] as that is where the website is hosted. 5. I need some "Search Engine Optimization" done to help drive traffic to the website. I am flexible and will allow creativity and freedom to do the job how the Free Lancer sees fit, but those guidelines above must be met. At the project completion date, a fully functioning e-commerce site will need to be completed and running. The eBay templates will need to be working, and loaded into Auctiva.
