We've finished the coding portion of [url removed, login to view] and need someone to come through and make a graphical pass now, to make things slightly more attractive version, with graphics, better CSS enhancement -- basically something to make it look less like geeky programmers wrote the site. ;-) A lot of the layout was dictated by evolving requirements, and making the site more "static" through the use of graphics would have unnecessarily increased overall costs. Now that the layout is mostly complete, the various elements need to be enhanced graphically. We're not fixated on ANY of the graphical elements whatsoever, except for the overall color scheme. Most of the pages have the same graphical elements. Wander around and see for yourself -- most pages look like one another. And that's what we're hoping will continue. We don't want people to have to download any more than 50k of graphics, so sensible re-use and CSS tricks will be necessary. I would like to see three mockups of potential ideas. I will pick the one I like, and we'll go with the full implementation from that one. Those who wish to do this job: please give me several URLs of completed web sites that I can check out and see examples of your work. If you cannot follow this single and fairly simple direction, I will assume that all further directions will be similarly ignored, and despite how competent you may be, I will ignore your bid.
