Custom Wordpress Theme Development

We have an urgent need for a Wordpress expert who can design an easy-to-use theme based on a set of PSD files that we will provide. The theme will incorporate a number of features, including the following: 1. Each page should be capable of being designed by a layout designer (e.g. Visual Composer, Ether Content Builder, etc.) 2. Each page will incorporate a header, main body and footer section – the layout of each of these can be controlled independently from the backend 3. The site needs to be multilingual ready (RTL support should be built into the CSS code) 4. A variety of page elements need to be supported, including sliders, tabs, accordions, carousels, news/social media feeds & tickers, forms, maps, sidebars, page navigators, social media, breadcrumbs, etc. – these should be adjustable from the backend for each page 5. A powerful customizable menuing system (such as UberMenu) 6. The theme must be SEO-friendly (AIO SEO or Yoast compatible) 7. Backend support for Analytics The resulting theme needs to be 100% Wordpress compliant. We will work closely throughout the project with the developer to ensure that the correct plugins are chosen. The developer needs to ensure that all plugins are configured correctly and that there are no conflicts (all required commercial plugins will be supplied by us after discussion with the developer). The deliverables for this project are to include the following: 1. Fully functioning and configured Wordpress theme (with all plugins, etc. installed) backed up using a cloning system such as BackupBuddy or similar (you must develop and test on your own server, or use a LAMP/WAMP stack) 2. Full instructions for installation on our servers (if any special instructions are required) 3. Full user instructions on designing pages using the system 4. Four weeks of support after delivery, in case there are any queries – any technical issues within the four week period must be addressed by the developer without further cost. This project will suit a developer who has the following expertise (please provide proof): 1. At least 2-3 years’ Wordpress theme development experience 2. Wide knowledge of the latest plugins and how to configure them. We are prepared to listen and revise our suggested plugins above if you can suggest something more appropriate We are looking for a long-term partnership with the developers. We have a stream of similar projects in the pipeline, and if you demonstrate your expertise on this projects, we will strongly consider partnering with you for future work.
