Fix problem with HTML in system emails and define additional feature via PH

I am looking for someone who could fix problem with our system e-mails.
I created email using ready made template, and when I open it in Dreamviever it looks excellent, but when I put it in my website and test it, it looks bad.
Also I want that someone define tracking URL in PHP, so I can get tracking URL in mail for example with {tracking_url}
