Description
The project requires the conversion of a PSD file to Responsive WordPress Theme. The theme should built with from scratch and use ACF custom fields where applicable to ensure the website is easy to update.
We will be adding the text content for the pages so you will only be making the framework for the pages and main templates with whatever content is in the PSD. The PSD is very well documented and highlights key elements within the page layout, there is also a folder within the PSD which is turned off but this has an indication of how the hover effects should work.

I know it’s short but was hoping for 7 Day turnaround? Even if the html version sits on the site whilst you build the WordPress development.

Brief:
MUST be a PSD to WordPress conversion from SCRATCH. Fully custom - No templates.
Use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP. Bonus points if you show your processes using jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS or LESS.
PSD supplied will be a desktop version in real pixels. It's up to you to refactor this PSD into a CONTENT-BREAKPOINT responsive design.
It's also up to you to decide hover-states, effects, transitions and animations (There is a Main Folder which is turned off which highlights the hover effects required)
Compatibility wise, it MUST support - PC, MAC, iOS, Android, on Chrome, Canary, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer (9 and up). All devices and browsers will be tested for bugs to see how thorough you are.
It must be uploaded on a temporary website of your own, and to finish the project, you must be able to transfer the website onto a different host, whilst checking for bugs, compatibility etc.
