Wordpress EXPERT needed: Layer Slider/Homepage content development

First, please read ALL of this as I don't want to waste your time or mine. My experiences on this site have not been good but I'm trying one last time. 1. Be an ACTUAL Wordpress Expert: Just because you can install WP in 5 mins. does not make you an expert. It means you know the basics. I can do the install (nameservers to db configs) in under 5 mins. AND get BuddyPress, my themes and my plugins all installed in 30 minutes. This makes me proficient, but not an expert. I want an EXPERT. If you have to look up "child themes," do not respond to this. 2. Do NOT tell me you are an expert and eat, sleep, live and breathe WP and then show me a portfolio of 3 poorly executed or half developed sites. I'd rather get 3 responses from qualified candidates than have to weed through 20 "I'm ready to start. Let me do this!" random responses from people who read the title only. 3. Don't make me track you down to see where we are on the project. I don't have time to waste trying to figure out what you are doing. Your job is to report your progress to me in a timely manner. If you can get past the first three points, let's talk. Here's the deal... I'm developing multiple WP sites at the same time. They need rolled out either together or one after the other. I need someone I can trust and can give ongoing work and know you can handle it. I want it done on time. The project you are bidding on is COMPLETE development of the homepage site: (Note: WP is installed as well as the theme.) 12-slide layer slider. This is not rocket science, guys. The plugin is already installed, working and templates are available. I just need the content put in. I can later go in and mess with the wording and placement, etc. I need someone with a very good eye for design and knows how to display the message on each slide. I may ask you to create two slides and see if we can continue. If you have to look up what a layer slider is, do not respond to this. This is NOT a simple slider and requires a lot more time to customize. Theme/template modifications to the homepage. Guys, this is drag and drop, as easy as it gets. I'm using Enfold theme from themeforest. I just need someone to go in and build the content modules. VERY SIMPLE. I just don't have the time to do everything. Basically, I'm using a static page with no widgets for the homepage. In addition to the layer slider, I want 3 columns with several (5-6) rows of content and several full-width colored and/or white boxes for headers and call-to-action content. You MUST have an eye for design. Enfold is a beautiful theme - I need the customizations to look equally professional. If you can get past this with no problems, I have other pages on the site that need developed. Again, I can do all of this but for the sake of time, I'm looking to pass off a lot so I can move on to the other sites. Future projects include: Social network development: I already have BuddyPress installed on the sites where I'm using BP. I'm working with BuddyBoss responsive theme. You should know responsive themes and have no problems getting modifications to display properly on laptops, tablets and smartphones. The main challenge is getting plugins such as membership with multiple tiers, private access to group content and recurring payments to work properly. This may involved customization to the code. I can hire someone else to customize the plugin, but you need to do the testing, etc. to see that it's working properly. University: I'm creating an online university and need course development, enrollment, payment processing, etc. using LearnDash plugin. This is just a glimpse of my overall plans--the first network has plans for 16 sites total. I can give you more work than you can manage if you can do the job. This project is for the slider and homepage content development only. Please bid only on that. If you got this far, thank you for following directions!
