A client has requested a number of Java based applications, which have been installed over the past year on her server. Most of the applications are running except for two (2), OpenBravo and Alfresco. For a time, Alfresco was running and the client was using it for document management. OpenBravo had been loaded for evaluation, but did not work after Alfresco had been installed. Suddenly, OpenBravo became active again, but Alfresco ceased to work. However, OpenBravo is not accepting the recorded login at this time. We need to repair Alfresco and keep OpenBravo. We need to keep the existing Alfresco data and we need the admin user reset for OpenBravo. We suspect that the current situation was likely caused by automated system updates and that both applications should be in good shape. We can provide root access to the server to do this job. Primarily this should be a simple repair job with few surprises.
