Java chatting program

Need a java RMI chatting program for my web site. It should have a server and clients. clients can meet at the server. Once they decided to chat to each other. They establish direct connections between each other and don't need the server anymore. This work need to be done within 24 hours of acceptation of bid.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

I guess it doen't matter.
