Long term Expert coding Programmers wanted

Hello Im working with coming out with lots and lots of software solutions this year for my online business. Im looking for a programmer or a group of programmers overseas that will work for a monthly fee of $500 USD max. I will expect a minimum of one software developed and throughly tested per month. We will discuss the project details before we decide to code one. I need an experienced programmer, 6 years of coding minimum. Requirements -I dont care what country you are in as long as you can speak and write proper English. We will need to chat online via yahoo im or skype, which either medium i choose. -Much have vast experience in php programming, coding software, mysql database, online security. It is required that you show a portfolio of completed software and past satisfied clients, without one you will not be chosen. -You must test software on different servers and test for bugs to make sure that everything is working properly. -Must write user manuals for the software and place screenshots for easy following. -Much teach me about programming and how to install softwares as well :). Im looking forward to forming a long term relationship with you, so lets see some portfolios.
