Need a Custom made REAL ESTATE SCRIPT started from scratch. Serious coders only, many rules.

Greetings, FIRST OF ALL, I am going to start with the rules: DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF: 1- You have no feedback, or less than 3 feedback. 2- You cannot complete the job within 20 days 3- You are not personally going to be working on the script (meaning that, I do not accept bids of people who have a team that works on the script and then supply it to me) 4- You Do not work daily, full time, just on my script and consecrate a full 20 days to finish it, with daily update, and chat with me on yahoo or msn DAILY. 5- You do not have yahoo or msn chat, and cannot be online at least 12 hours a day during my 20 projects days. 6- You do not agree that if this project isn't finished in the delay of 20 days I given, penalties can be taken, such as 10$ per day late. (this is not forced, if you are working, and all seems fine to me, and you are a good worker, and stick to the rules, then I won't bring any penalties, I am a good honest man ;) ). 7- If you do not have a portfolio of several PHP work done. Other rules may be given at the end of the bidding, to insure my safety and my time. I have been dealing with a lot of php coders and all of them screwed me up by delaying and delaying and delaying till i got upset and we got into fights. I am hoping to find a PHP coder that can work hard, be on time, stay online to contact me, and me, be able to contact him at all time. The script is made for a french country, so I need you to limit yourself to just a couple files that have all the website text, so I can translate them later on from your english, to french. Script is still done in english for you, but you must limit yourself the much possible to a couple files, so I do not have to search all the script to make the translation of words to french, and you must tell me which files they are, so I can translate. I need a REAL ESTATE script, custom made just like I want, with my ideas. It is nothing huge, and nothing impossible to do. It will be simple to moderate in length and difficulty. I will still have my own points and info to give you, on how I want it to be page per page. I will give in full detailed text on each page and sometimes I will even unclude jpeg photo on how the page should look. The site will be fully custom made, and must have an ADMIN panel where I can controle each aspect of the script. This is the resume of the script that I need.
