We need CMS system for small accounting - Please read the full requirements than only bid. Please don't bid without such as experience. Only experienced are welcome to bid. 15% milestone allowed. Create CMS back and frontend (like joomla backend with full function). from back end can install template, module and other feature like joomla, frontend member can enjoy the module facilities. 2. For this project we need 100% SCRATCH. And it should be scratch. Dont follow any framework or others people module. Design must be responsive. 3. Selected 2 html template, need to convert it to PHP for template. give me the two separate template, we will install it. And it should be scratch. Dont follow any framework or others people module. Freelancer should provide us source code and necessary code us everyday 6 pm. 8. IF This template loading slow, make sure we need faster. And more secure. 9. Complecable Manage Data ware house (if few years data, so server can’ot be slow). 10. Code shoule be clean. 11. Need to provide us Manual for developer to create module, create template, System Architecture and flow chart, Module flow chart. 12. All form and layout should follow from our sample two design. 13. User previliged by tree, means if I am admin group, what ever I have permission, I can make previliged under me. 14.
