530968 Auto / Car Website 2

I need a used car website that allows private sellers and dealers to post their cars. Site needs a design and code including Admin section. IPN paypal is used for membership fees and initially will be disabled to be a free registration. The code needs to be clean and html, php, css and javascript needs to be separate in their own files. The code responsible for Image upload needs to be standalone as it will be running on a different server (the images will be served from different server). The site design needs to look smart / professional and google ads need to be integrated properly to the site with good logo and some banners. I can provide form details as to which fields are required or once you are done then I can let you know extra fields I want that need to be integrated in to the site. This includes advance search, posting a car form etc.. Also forms need to have captcha. Form validation needs to be on server side as well. Other standard options like the admin approves the listing, new membership etc need to be available. The site needs to work in IE6+, Firefox, Chrome browsers at least and use Mysql and PHP. All code, images, psds are required at the end of the project. When 25%+ work is done then I will escrow the money. Anything you not sure or want clarification then only ask via PBM.
