Auto Contact Form Submission Software - repost

I see you have done this project already I would like the same program pretty much for pc desktop should be easy turn around for you what's your best price?

Project Description:

Looking for a software/application that can auto submit to contact forms with below features,

-Search for specific keyword within Google

-Keep top 500 (or more) Google results in DB, also give capability to mark sites as do not submit

-Start crawling the stored websites for their contact page/contact form

-Submit the form with desired data

-Generate report for successful and unsuccessful tasks plus error message,

-If it's unsuccessful add that URL to a blacklist and never submit again

Should have a way to add black listed sites. Shouldn't post the ad on yelp or other directories, just want business owners.
