I'm working on a clients website and we're almost done to roll out, well not quite yet. This module will be a big part of the new website we're coming from.
This is how it works.
Contains our Broadsoft and VoIP services. "Broadsoft has a great feature baked-in where you can type in a preset VoIP number and the client visiting the website can type in their number, hit "CALL ME NOW," and it will ring us and the visitor."
(KEEP IN MIND - you don't have to build the product, it's there already. So this would be perfect if you know how to scout code and bring it into another place.)
(THIS IS - where we want the module to be.)
We've tried and tried, however we get a server access error. From we've learned, when you hit CALL-NOW it takes a few steps, First it Authenticates and adds strings to the URL when you open the current pop-call box, it POSTS to the network and from there it goes on. I read somewhere about Cross Server Authentication.
If this works out for you, I can explain a whole lot more.
