We are currently working on a CRM configuration and integration. We have a joomla website and we have implemented Infoathand ([url removed, login to view]) CRM with its online customer portal.
We need help from a CRM expert for general configuration and also clean integration between joomla components and extensions (shop, forms, CB etc.) and the CRM software in order to avoid overlaps, and set up a clean customer management interface
INTEGRATION BETWEEN JOOMLA AND CRM
the objective is that all interactions from joomla (forms, shop, newsletter,..) be sync with the CRM (so that support and sales team can handle)
VIRTUEMART SHOP CONFIGURATION
Add some features to standard VM such as integration with CRM (standard with IAH), multiple pictures gallery, tags, payment integration
Configure customer portal for user to have integrated interface to track orders, check support tickets, confirm orders. Right now we don't have order tracking, nor customer messages.
LIVE CHAT/SUPPORT INTEGRATION
Integrate live support with knowledge base and write a script to link eneded chats to user account.
Right now we are using phplive support but are ok with a more robust solution
Parametering of idevaffiliate to handle integration with CRM and CB (so that all registered users can become affiliates easily)
Integration between CRM and accounting software such as QB for follow up of accounting
Please advise reference work about integrations of joomla/CRM/ecommerce.
We favor people that already have string and proven experience in CRM configuration.
There will be other integration ongoing projects such as Asterisk / Voip, contract generation, reseller management, etc.
